DescriptionWe are a new small firm which produces pasta made with eggs in the Marche
region, situated on the adriatic coast in the middle of Italy.
What makes our product unique is the total absence of stress of overheating the
dough during its preparation, we do not make the dough in a classic way, mixing
wheat flour and eggs in a machine, which heats the dough harming the eggs while
mixing.
The raw materials we use are 100% italian: wheat flour (semola di grano duro) of
Altamura and fresh free-range eggs.
