For this reason, in the fiftyfive hectares of vineyards owned by us, we have selected the best varieties of native grapes (nero d’avola, catarratto, grecanico e grillo) and international varieties (merlot, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, petit verdot, chardonnay and mueller thurgau); for this reason we have always cultivated plants with care craft, doing almost everything by hand using only few mechanical means.

 Over the last years the company has experienced  radical charges and has been aimed by innovation of cultivation practices and trasformation processes, appearing today as a modern and high technologically advanced winery in which traditional practies are integrated with modern procedures, directing all the activities to the achievement of the highest quality final products.

 Our vineyards are located in the northwest of westernsicily at 10/15 km from 250 up to 600 meters above sea lavel and receive all the benefits of the sea breeze.
